Job Description:
- Closing leasing transaction from viewing, shortlisting, finlaising, negotiation, registration, handover of flat and assist in moving.
- Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
- Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants
- Provide accurate information on the different features of properties.
- Generating Data for prospective tenant
Experience: Minimum 4 years into residential leasing
