Key Responsibilities:

✅ Act as the single point of contact for clients — manage inquiries, requests, and relationship follow-ups.
✅ Build & maintain long-term relationships with bankers; invite and coordinate for project launches.
✅ Provide financial guidance to clients based on eligibility, promote schemes, and facilitate loan processing.
✅ Handle APF documentation and ensure project approvals with banking partners.
✅ Maintain MIS reports; track leads, commission payouts, and revenue generation.
✅ Stay updated on real estate trends and banking regulations to serve clients better.

Skills Required:

✔ Strong communication and relationship management skills
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Knowledge of banking/loan products is an added advantage
✔ Organized, proactive, and target-driven
