Designation: Corporate Sales Manager

Job Description:
As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing corporate partnerships, group bookings, and events to drive sales and revenue growth. You will work closely with businesses, event planners, schools, and corporate clients to promote as a premier destination for team outings, picnics, corporate events, and experiential marketing opportunities.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target corporate clients, event organizers, and group bookings.
  • Identify and prospect potential corporate partners and clients through networking, cold calling, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, event planners, and key stakeholders to understand their entertainment needs and preferences.
  • Customize proposals, contracts, and pricing packages to meet the specific requirements and budgets of corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and events, to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and group bookings.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote and generate leads.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, revenue targets, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, collateral materials, and digital content to support corporate sales efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the corporate entertainment sector.
