Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager / Manager – Sourcing who will be responsible for driving sales through channel partner engagement and market penetration in Pune’s real estate market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective sourcing strategies.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with reliable Channel Partners (CPs) to drive market outreach.
  • Monitor channel sales activities, lead generation efforts, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Respond to sales inquiries promptly to maximize conversion rates.
  • Liaise with internal teams – Sales Admin, Engineering, Legal – to resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and ensure deal closures.
  • Coordinate project launches by interfacing with multiple internal departments.
  • Stay informed about government policies, RERA regulations, and real estate transaction procedures.
  • Generate leads through references and networking to support target achievement.
  • Strengthen relationships with CPs and explore new opportunities for collaboration.

Candidate Profile:

βœ” 6–10 years of experience in real estate sales within the Pune market
βœ” Strong expertise in Channel Partner sourcing and management
βœ” Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
βœ” Knowledge of RERA compliance and transaction documentation
βœ” Proactive, result-oriented, and well-connected in the local real estate ecosystem
βœ” Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
