Key Responsibilities
ποΈ Design Development
π Create detailed architectural designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3D Studio
πΌοΈ Produce high-quality drawings, 3D renders, and visual presentations
π¨ Conceptualize layouts, color palettes, materials, and lighting for interiors and exteriors
ποΈ Project Management
𧩠Manage multiple design projects from concept to execution within timelines and budget
π Prepare feasibility reports, design briefs, and technical documentation
π Ensure all architectural work aligns with client requirements and regulatory standards
ποΈ Site Supervision & Coordination
π οΈ Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy
π§ Coordinate with MEP, structural, and construction teams for seamless execution
π Liaise with clients and vendors for approvals and feedback at each project stage
β Candidate Profile
π Qualification
𧱠Bachelorβs Degree in Architecture (B.Arch β Mandatory)
𧳠Experience
π’ 2β10 years in architecture, with proven experience in real estate or construction projects
πΌ Skills & Expertise
π₯οΈ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Studio Viz, Photoshop
π Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skills, rendering, and technical drawings
π Solid knowledge of building materials, construction details, and quality standards
π§ Strong 3D visualization, creativity, and an eye for design detail
