We are hiring an experienced Draughtsman β Architecture to prepare detailed drawings for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong command over architectural drafting software, experience in GFC and municipal drawings, and be able to coordinate with consultants and site teams effectively.
π Key Responsibilities
π Drawing & Drafting
βͺοΈ Prepare architectural working drawings, including GFC, municipal, RERA, interior, and high-rise layouts
βͺοΈ Create presentation materials using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and PowerPoint
βͺοΈ Develop environment drawings, compliance documentation, and technical presentations
ποΈ Site & Coordination
βͺοΈ Visit construction sites to take accurate measurements and verify dimensions
βͺοΈ Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants for drawing inputs and updates
βͺοΈ Ensure proper documentation of drawings β both soft and hard copies
π Compliance & Standards
βͺοΈ Ensure drawings meet basic municipal norms and regulatory standards
βͺοΈ Work on high-rise residential and commercial projects with strict attention to technical details
βͺοΈ Manage communication with internal teams and consultants via email
β Candidate Profile
π Education
βͺοΈ Any Graduate or Diploma in Architecture
𧳠Experience
βͺοΈ 5β10 years in architectural drafting with real estate or architecture firms
βͺοΈ Preferably from an architectural consultancy background
πΌ Skills & Tools
βͺοΈ Proficient in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit Architecture, Photoshop, PPT
βͺοΈ Skilled in drafting, detailing, and architectural presentation techniques
βͺοΈ Knowledge of municipal drawing standards and high-rise building documentation
