We are actively hiring for the position of Liaison Architect on behalf of our esteemed Real Estate client based in Mumbai. This role is ideal for an experienced architecture professional with a strong understanding of project approvals and liaison coordination.

Qualification: Degree in Architecture
Experience: Relevant experience in liaison, approvals, and compliance (preferably in real estate projects)
Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with authorities such as BMC, BP, MoEFCC, CFO, SRA, etc., for obtaining all necessary project approvals.
β
Ensure project compliance by guiding internal teams on required permissions and approvals.
β
Draft letters, provide legal inputs, and manage documentation related to the approval process.
β
Collaborate effectively with internal teams β design, finance, legal β and coordinate with external consultants.
β
Conduct site visits to verify approval parameters and resolve liaison-related queries.
β
Manage budgets, schedule reviews, employee training, and oversee contract negotiations.
β
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve liaison operations.
β
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
β In-depth knowledge of real estate regulatory frameworks and approval processes
β Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
β Attention to detail and excellent documentation ability
β Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred)
