📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales Leadership

▪️ Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
▪️ Generate and convert leads through calls, referrals, and follow-ups

🔹 Channel Partner Management

▪️ Identify, onboard, and manage reliable CPs to enhance market penetration
▪️ Maintain strong relationships with CPs and leverage them for consistent lead flow


Candidate Profile

🎓 Qualification & Experience

▪️ Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years in real estate sales or channel management
▪️ Must have experience in South/ West Pune real estate market

💼 Skills & Competencies

▪️ Strong network of channel partners (CPs) in Pune
▪️ Knowledge of RERA compliance, transaction protocols, and market dynamics
▪️ Goal-oriented with a strategic approach to sales growth
