We are hiring a detail-oriented Architecture Draughtsman to support our design and construction teams with accurate architectural and MEP drawings. This role involves site visits, drawing preparation, RCC verification, and software-based drafting. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, collaborative, and skilled in AutoCAD and SketchUp, ensuring timely and high-quality drawing outputs for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
π Drawing & Drafting Work
βͺοΈ Prepare and update architectural, MEP, and fire as-built plans through regular site visits
βͺοΈ Verify RCC drawings for alignment with architectural layouts
βͺοΈ Create annexure drawings and ensure timely documentation of all changes
π οΈ Software Proficiency & Standards
βͺοΈ Use AutoCAD, Hi-CAD, ZWCAD, and Google SketchUp for drafting and modifications
βͺοΈ Ensure all drawing work adheres to industry standards and project timelines
βͺοΈ Maintain and update drawing files based on on-site revisions and team inputs
π€ Coordination & Collaboration
βͺοΈ Work closely with architects, engineers, and supervisors to meet drawing and project requirements
βͺοΈ Participate in coordination meetings for project alignment and updates
βͺοΈ Support internal teams in drawing review and accuracy checks

π Educational Qualification
βͺοΈ Graduate (B.Com) with Certification in Civil Draughtsmanship
𧳠Experience
βͺοΈ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draughtsman in architecture or construction projects
πΌ Skills & Proficiencies
βͺοΈ Strong command over AutoCAD, Hi-CAD, ZWCAD, Google SketchUp
βͺοΈ Accuracy in drafting as-built and RCC-aligned drawings
βͺοΈ Good understanding of architectural and MEP design
βͺοΈ Ability to conduct independent site visits and deliver high-quality drawing output
