Job Description:

• Closing leasing transaction from viewing, shortlisting, finlaising, negotiation, registration, handover of flat and assist in moving.
• Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
• Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties.
• Generating Data for prospective tenant

Experience: Minimum 4 years into residential leasing
