Job Description:
- Develop and implement a consistent Brand Positioning Strategy Communications, Plan across all marketing channels.
- Create and manage a luxury brand portfolio through innovative offline and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s image and target audience.
- Achieve a sales revenue contribution through strategic brand marketing campaigns.
- Lead the Brand experience at project sites, overseeing activities from the Pre-RERA stage to Expression of Interest (EOI) to launch, ensuring brand consistency and excellence throughout.
- Supervise a team for day-to-day brand marketing activities, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team’s success.
- Implement influencer marketing strategies and leverage social media platforms to execute impactful digital campaigns that resonate with our target market.
- Create new strategies to improve Real Estate (Affordable & Luxury) Project performance.
Location: Kandivali
Experience: 15-18 years (Real Estate background is a must)
Qualification: PG/MBA
