Rajesh founded Fairgrowth in 1998, for providing end-to-end professional staffing solutions to various industry verticals. With his deep-rooted understanding of the challenges of talent sourcing and by virtue of his own expertise he has successfully nurtured and grown a highly competent team to drive Fairgrowth into cutting edge staffing solutions provider across industries, with a strong footprint in Real Estate vertical.

He himself is a recognized and resourceful executive search professional and over years has developed and managed strategic relationships with various industry leaders. He has forayed into national and international staffing services in different Industry verticals and has ambitious plans to diversify into value added HR services.

Tarun is an accomplished, business focused and highly result-oriented HR leader. He has successfully designed, implemented and managed various strategic HR initiatives with a strong focus on creating dynamic workplaces through entire value chain of people management processes across diverse businesses in his 40 years of career. 

He is a strong believer in change management and enjoys assignments in restructuring and modernizing of HR systems and processes He is an alumnus of XLRI and a recipient of ‘Most Influential HR Leader’ from the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) under the aegis of World HRD Congress. He is a Life Member of FIEL (an international Forum for Emotional Intelligence & Learning). Tarun is also our mentor.

With three decades of leadership exposure in industries such as oilfield, financial services, consulting and construction, Vency Fernandes brings strong HR, organisational development and operational expertise. He has build and executed HR frameworks, Robust Performance Management system, Talent Management, competency-based hiring, using Behavioural Interviewing, Psychometric evaluations and Rationalising Compensation Strategies. As a HR consultant, he has partnered in setting up processes for leading institutions including Rustomjee, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Trusts, and Carat Media.

A Commerce graduate with a general degree in Law, and a MBA (India & USA). He also holds Masters degree in Psychology.

He is a professional mentalist and mind reader and has used this art form to not only entertain corporate executives but engage employees, bond teams and collaborate at work using this art form.

Deepak is a highly experienced talent sourcing professional with over two decades of expertise. He partners with leading organizations, leveraging his extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and attract qualified candidates across diverse sectors. Deepak’s deep understanding of organizational structures makes him a key Fairgrowth Team member, providing strategic guidance in talent acquisition. 

He is dedicated to adding value for clients and positively impacting the talent market. His exceptional contributions were recognized with the ‘Excellence Mentor Award’ from the International Business School, Mumbai.
